I really expected a great experience with Rachel. For 3 years now I’ve been seeing her and the last two yearly exams I’ve had she didn’t order all the blood work I asked for. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But for a second year it happened. Then I called for 3 weeks, 5 different times and couldn’t get her nurse to call me back with my blood work results. So I went to the office and asked. They printed half the order and I had to go back again to ask for the rest of my report. Then I found that they still hadn’t done all the blood work I requested. When I went back a 3rd time they had locked the doors even though they didn’t close for another 10 minutes. There were other instances of them not calling me back and I just gave up. Maybe it’s more the staff than her, but it’s disappointing nonetheless.
