Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Can call this person for months and she doesn't return phone calls. Ever. When you need help with your records or anything else does not return phone calls or answer anybody else. Definitely do not recommend her. She sits in the chair for pretends to listen. She's just there to collect your insurance
