I had a 9 AM appointment. They asked me if I could arrive at 8:30. There was a bad wreck, leaving my subdivision and fog everywhere the entire way there so I was only going to be there at 8:48 rather than 830 still earlier than my 9 AM appointment. I called and the people on the phone were very rude and said they would not honor my appointment don’t waste your time.
