Ralph Ames, PhD

I have known and been a patient of Dr. Ames for over a year. He is exceptional in many ways, not the least of which is his ability to effectively assist those of us who struggle with issues surrounding trauma and PTSD. Dr. Ames is extremely knowledgeable. He has the unique ability to translate his clinical expertise into common language whereby one may gain a better understanding of any given problem or situation. He provides excellent skills and tools to incorporate into his patient's everyday life, which helps to facilitate personal growth. Dr. Ames is also very kind and a man of great character and integrity. It is a pleasure having this opportunity to work with Dr. Ames and to witness the changes in my life, day by day.
