She is the best. I came for depression and anxiety that I'd been having for a few years. She gave me helpful things to do for both, and also helped me dig deeply into the "root" cause. She is a great listener, and very empathetic, sweet and kind. She made me feel like I was normal, no matter how not-normal I felt in my head. I trust her completely, and feel like I could tell her anything. I'd highly recommend her!
