I used to be a patient of Mrs. Renota Adkins. But this lady talks over you every time and doesn't listen to you. I'm 43 years old with Colon trouble, IBS, thyroid trouble and PCOS. She tells me to lose weight and that will solve all the problems. Unfortunately it doesn't always work that way. She's disrespectful towards you and brushes off what you tell her. She constantly interrupts you. She's not happy until you do it her way, not the good way or for the best needs of the patient. Each individual is different and their pace is not the same as hers. She acts like a nutritionist instead of a nurse practitioner in Gastrology. So I found me a new gastrologist Edmunds who listens to me, clearly understands me and takes me serious. He doesn't judge me harshly and make me more insecure about my weight. I got depression from her judgment on my weight and I seriously took up a eating disorder. Now I am starving myself. I won't recommend Adkins. Please go to Edmunds! You won't regret it.
