Dr. Richard Mullin has no Business Treating Patients until he Gets Re-Training, He caused me 2 Disk Herniations using Excessive Brute Force on my Neck and Low Back. I am suffering daily because of what he did to me. I have 2 Friends who went to see him and they experienced the same Brutality.
