We bought glasses from them and paid over $500. They charged a professional fee of nearly $100. A few months later, the glasses broke. We took the glasses to them. They said they had another “new” pair in the office. I paid $275 for what they said was a “new” pair. Exactly 2 days later, the glasses broke in the exact same spot. I called and they insisted that they gave me a new pair. Took the glasses for them look at and another lady in the office said the glasses broke in the same spot. They wanted me to pay her another $200 for a pair of glasses. They couldn’t even provide the old pair that I turned in prior. It’s because they gave me that same pair back. Do NOT go here. They will rip you off. Worst practice ever. The wife who is the receptionist is even worse!
