After seeing Rob a few times, I would say I left feeling cheated. When I went to run our session through my insurance company I was told he did not properly code the bills. He never disclosed a cancellation policy to me, and charged my card for sessions I was unable to attend without telling me. I am not surprised to see he is now practicing under another "company" he has formed.
