Cognitive therapy helped me focus on what is positive in my life. Having a compassionate and professional therapist offered me much needed support. Exploring possibilities for coping with and engaging in life gave me hope. It also helped me improve relationally with my family. Dr Frazier was instrumental in encouraging me to overcome my negative thought patterns. The weekly visits held me accountable. If I forgot, I was gently reminded of what I needed to do. Without this ongoing therapy, my progress has deteriorated. I would encourage others to stick with it. Be honest and share specifically. Be appreciative and let time heal. My cognitive (and physical) difficulties were the result of a TBI injury. We need help managing our anger and frustration, our confusion and our depression. He is also able to provide resources. I relocated and no longer have the privilege of counseling with Dr Frazier. He is an excellent choice for anyone with a neurological or psychological problem.
