My husband started seeing Robert first because his sugar levels were pre diabetic. He didn’t want to be put on medication so his primary Dr suggested seeing a Dietitian. With a few small recommended changes to his diet my husband lowered his sugar levels and also lost 12 pounds. As I watch him weigh himself daily and successfully lose some weight I started questioning my health. I go to the gym 5 days a week but was not seeing the scale move. I decided to make an appointment with Robert. Robert is so down to earth listens to your concerns and suggested changes that also helped me start to see the scale move! I was able to reach a weight goal I have struggled to meet for years! I feel so much healthier and less bloated. My husband and I highly recommend Robert! We both saw him for different reasons and both had positive results!
