My glasses are perfection, he does an amazing job getting the prescription correct. Some of his staff are not the friendliest. I do believe if he had a more customer service friendly environment he would do much better, however, I know they work long hours and are very busy. I would still recommend him because I can handle a few tired busy employees to get a perfect prescription.
