I remember Dr. Ruggiero when he worked at Pearl Vision in Hicksville. I would not recommend. I asked if I could be taken care of immediately since I wanted to get back to see my dad who was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Ruggiero yelled at me because I needed immediate attention & he said do you think you are special than everyone else (referring to the other patients that were waiting). I’ll never forget. My father passed away the next day.
