Listening included telling me to "wrap it up" as I attempted to relay hx, providing a subjective example without explanation of purpose, smiling but then sternly correcting client when I smiled back. No acknowledgement of ct. cognitive status or needs communicatively or otherwise. No questions answered in spite of several phone and email prompts.
