Dr.Vano initially encourages many repeat visits with individuals and families stating that he will accept UPMC insurance coverage fully and how much extensive chiropractic treatment is needed from him to heal, and then recants and delays billing for months, then presenting an exorbitant bill of services later leaving patients stunned stating that he’s never said bills would be paid by UPMC full medical coverage. His bait and switch tactics, lying and lack of integrity is shocking. We’re so thankful we found a nearby (competitors) practice later who is a wonderful and talented chiropractor who has helped/provided exceptional care for us and our family. (for the last several years.)
