Roberta is a remarkable person, and she is a counselor that has been "there" before (if you know what I mean) It takes one to know one. She is a person that makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and displays empathy, just don't underestimate her... she knows every trick in the book. Be Honest with Roberta and she will be brutally (in a good way) honest with you. Show respect, and you'll receive respect. Don't lie to her, she is extremely pervy when she is being lied to. All in all hands down the best counselor I have had the pleasure working with.
