Disorganized and old fashioned. Forgets to charge you for appointments then bills you for many of them all at once. Required a lot of in-person appointments, but only meets in person twice a week. Uses Unproductive/ambush type methods when she is concerned and uses guilt to push you towards admitting what she wants to hear.
