Let me be clear, my one and only visit with Dr. West was a new patient visit and everyone was nice and courteous. I was required to pay $105.00 up front, which I’ve never been required to pay up front when I have insurance. My visit was on April 30 2025 and then lab draw on May 1 25. Fast forward to today June 26, 2025. My insurance processed and paid claim in full leaving a balance of 6.34 back on May 25th. I have made numerous calls, spoke directly to the front office and was advised over and over that they would look into this matter. I was advised on Monday a check was being mailed out to me. Today I received a letter advising me to seek a new health care provider. Are you serious!!!! Still no check. I would not recommend Family Health and Wellness due to their unfair and irresponsible billing practices!!! They should strive to do better and be better in my opinion. Lesson learned!!!
