I injured my lower back while at a HIIT gym, and was struggling to get back to full health. I was in tremendous pain! A friend from the gym recommended Dr. Van Riper and I'm so glad he did! Dr. Van Riper was incredibly thorough with troubleshooting my pain, getting me situated with stretches and a proper work station. After 2 months of seeing him and his staff for 2 months, I'm feeling 97% better! We're working on strengthening my muscles to avoid re-injury and gain confidence for my gym return.
