The first time i ordered contacts from them, i told them EXACTLY what i wanted and they STILL got the order wrong. It took two more tries to actually fix it. I had to fix it with my insurance as they would not. 10 months later i gave them a 2nd chance. Messed up AGAIN. Wouldnt expidite shipping even though this was literally the third time she got the order wrong and it was her fault. It was a huge waste of my time. Can't get the right contacts, #of boxes or the insurance billing right.
