Ms. Zarkin misdiagnosed my wife and told her she didn't need antidepressants. She was deeply depressed and repeatedly told Ms. Zarkin that she was feeling awful about her mental well being. Implicitly trusting her therapist when she told her that she didn't need medications, my wife didn't listen to her gut and instead sadly listened to the poor advice of her therapist. My wife was correct, she desperately needed antidepressants and when she finally went on them, her mild depression had escalated into serious depression. I would not trust Ms. Zarkin's expertise.
