I've tried multiple stints with therapy, and tried with multiple therapists & types of therapy. My sessions with Rosie over the course of multiple months stood out as by far the most impactful & helpful. I found her thorough approach with understanding baseline, meeting me where I was, and listening and nudging me to arrive at my own conclusions for not just short-term fixes but long-term empowering me to grow very helpful.
