I did not find Dr Halpern very professional or helpful. While his staff was personable and friendly, Dr. Halpern had trouble maintaining eye contact with me. I had to ask Dr. Halpern for my test results as they were not voluntarily shared with me or my therapist. Additionally, many of the details in my file were incorrect after the extensive testing process. When I inquired about this, I was told that they were “typos.” They were never corrected.
