I was a walk in patient and not an established patient. Amanda (Ruby) Blaylock was extremely compassionate, caring, and informative regarding my concerns. She was an active listener and patiently answered all of my questions regarding not only my current concerns, but also thoroughly explained how the practice worked regarding walk in and established patients. My wife and I moved to Boone from West Jefferson last year and we're looking for a PC doctor in Boone. Ms. Blaylock earned my trust and will become clients of this office because of her excellent care that was provided yesterday. She ordered blood work and a scan at the hospital and called me this morning with the results as promised. Ms. Blaylock also scheduled an appointment for me with one of the providers on Monday. In summary, Ms. Blaylock is an excellent representation of what a health provider should be and is an asset to your hospital system and the community she serves so well. Job well done!
