Never told me and my daughter we were going 'over time'- months later I got another bill charging both of us for the 'over time'. He could have been open with both of us to let us know that we could be billed more , but NO. Disappointed. Was not impressed over all! Not great interaction and bedside manner. Got the impression he had to get more business and the extra bill confirmed that first impression. (Never have I been billed more for a visit months later, never.)
