Ryan is unprofessional and called me a 'dummy' when I told him that I had pain when I moved my arm a certain way. He said, 'Then if you know it hurts, don't move it dummy.' He is an extremely rude person and the one with the speech impediment and studder. He is rude and racist.yan Roessler
