I saw Saima for years at tri-town. At first she seemed like she genuinely cared but it was just a front. She used to act like she wanted to get to the bottom of every issue. But during my last appointments she was just outright mean, unfriendly, didn't care about my discomfort or whether or not things made me uncomfortable and did not care to even listen to what was wrong. I left practically in tears and was given a form to put in an official complaint and never saw her again after that. I never put in the complaint but I wish I did. She's one of those people who can come off as nice but is actually fake and doesn't genuinely care about her patients. There's nicer health care workers out there don't bother.
