She was extremely hostile. It seemed that she didn't want to do a refill on my medication that I've been on for the last two years and prescribed by my general physician at AllCare. She noted that my medical doctor was not authorized to prescribe such medication (absolutely incorrect). Even if she was accurate with her information, her delivery and aggressive attitude was very off-putting. I don't think this is the industry in which she belongs. This is health care.
