Samorah Gilles, ARNP

I made an apt at an MD to see Samorah Gilles I called and made sure everything was okay for my apt multiple times when I finally arrive to my appointment they instantly charge me and then the nurse practitioner Samorah Gilles denied me care. I was not rude , aggressive or did anything to make her want to deny care. She would not even exam me or explain why she did not want to. She was very rude and condescending. They charged me before she even decided if she was going to examine me or not. This nurse practitioner shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine she didn’t care about my needs she didn’t care to even try to explain as to why she is denying me care. Absolutely horrible patient care by this np , I’m in shock of how comfortable this woman is about denying care without hesitation. It’s concerning to know there are people like this taking care of humans everyday. She should be ashamed of herself and her work ethic. As confused as I was with this appointment I had no choice but to leave and search for care in another facility.

Worst bedside manner of any NP I have ever seen! Poor communication, rushed through visit and then completely changed plan of care from one thing to ot being go-to the ER. I do not recommend seeing her if you can help it. I waited over 3.5 hours just to be treated horribly and talked down to by this woman. Highly unprofessional and needs her attitude checked! When asking questions her response was 'well that's what we do' and was very short with answers. Needs schooling in better communication with her team before going in to see a patient - then you'll know all the facts, not after you've layed out a treatment plan already and didn't discuss with the RN. She is seriously lowering standards that were previously set by MDNow.

She is a liar, even my child was diagnostic of autism and developmental delay include speech delay. The simply Home health Aid was waiting on her report, she told me she will sign the report, she do not respect a neurologist note, she threw me under the bus, by lying and told the medical director no Abnormal finding on my son, she is full of attitude, she belittle me on the very first time I took my child to visit her, she treats people like little people. she did not follow up with the previous note, she did not even read the previous notes, she did not have my son take of his clothes and have him put if back on to test his disability. She terrible I am a single mother need a help with a disable child. I had reported that a manager was supposed to get back at me, but because I am black It being 72hrs now di not hear from pediatric associate She is a devil in person Mark my words readers.
