I had an excellent experience with Sarah even though it had to be changed to a virtual visit last minute. She listened carefully to my concerns and gave many recommendations and options for next steps. I felt she took me seriously and was easy to talk to. She ordered a colonoscopy for me without hesitation even though I'm young, overall healthy, and not the 'typical' expected high-risk patient. They did have clinically significant findings on my scope and I will now be getting regular colonoscopies, so I am so glad she went right to ordering that procedure as I have heard of other young 20s/30s patients having a hard time getting a GI procedure due to their age.
