my telehealth appointment with sarah was very disappointing. She lack empathy from my situation. She was constantly smiling and giggling every time I tried to open up and be serious. This made it very difficult for me to share. I’ve been to a few different counselors over the years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve actually had to endure. I don’t know how people like her can call her self professional.
