We went to urgent care because my 6 year old son developed an infection beside his his finger nail and was causing him pain, it had a small bubble on it. From the moment he walked in he was compassionate, thorough and didn’t rush. He tried to let my son help in the “decision making” whether to pop the bubble (with a needle,yikes) or try antibiotics first. He explained things in a way my son could understand when he spoke to him and so my son decided he wanted him to pop it.(Obviously these decisions were ultimately mine but since there was a choice in care I was happy he included him and I always listen to my sons feeling/concerns too) He was gentle and explained the process as he did it so my son wasn’t scared. He also answered all my sons one hundred questions,lol. Definitely recommend him,he has great bedside manner.
