First the glasses were made wrong. Went to pick up second pair after receiving texts that they were in, only to be told that they couldn't be found. Office promised to make yet another pair but that didn't happen until several months later when I called the office. Now I have to go in again to pick out frames. After I finally get this pair, I will find another eye doctor.
