I've dealt with significant anxiety for decades. Over the years I tried a variety of ways to deal with it including therapy and meds. Nothing worked. After getting off meds, I decided to try therapy again but wanted a different approach.Sean's helped me see things in radically different ways. The fear is gone. Working with Sean has been life changing.
