I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. King. First, I wasn’t informed that the appointment would be via Telehealth, which I would have preferred to know in advance so I could have avoided. Then, the doctor showed up to the call over 20 minutes late. When the appointment finally started, she seemed rushed, dismissive, and didn’t take the time to listen or address my concerns properly. Overall, it felt like she didn’t care at all, and I left the appointment feeling frustrated and unheard. I wouldn’t recommend her based on my experience - in fact, I am having to schedule a new eye appointment elsewhere (and pay out of pocket now) because this appointment was a total joke.
