This my first visit, was a bit edgy, plus being a wreck of what was going on with my eyes & told different situations by other doctors. When I arrived entered the office and as I sat & looked around, then noticed how the staff reacted to those waiting to be seen and how the staff was me, I was very at ease, I was very impressed. The staff showing concern, caring & understanding to everyone. Was called for my appoinent, after my exam went in sat down, Dr. Copeland came in, went over with me and explained what was going on with my eyes. My diagnose was rare eye disease Vitelliform Macular Dystyrophy. Not good news, but he explained & gave me brochures. After all this, I felt I not was but am in the best of care. I knew than I could put my diagnose & eyes in his care with confident. Now I know what eye condition I have and the care I will be getting. I'm not a wreck anymore. Thanks to all the staff for there caring and Dr. Copeland for finally helping me understand.. Dr. Copeland will be my eye Dr. here on out!!
