Dr. Shannon O'Connor, PhD

Dr. Shannon O'Connor broke Doctor, patient confidentiality laws. Requested a M1 Hold and welfare check from 911 after I expressed to make a grievance with her fellow colleagues. A (M1 Hold) can only be placed when an individual is deemed to be in imminent danger of harming him or herself or someone else or "gravely disabled". I didn't fit any of the criteria by law for anyone to be requesting 911 assistance. Lakewood PD came by my house with their hands on their weapons. I have the Doctor's notes from the incident. Shannon tried to escalate 911 call be using the word Threat 2 different times to dispatch. It has never been a threat to say you are coming down to your Doctor's office to ask questions, drop of results and so on. With people dying from these crazy welfare checks Shannon O'Connor PhD literally put my life in imminent danger. She falls into the definition of a M1 Hold literally. She retaliated and abused me.
