If I could give 0 I would. Ended up making 4 visits over the course of 3 weeks between the north reserve clinic and the trempers clinic. First visit was told couldn’t test for CoVid and to isolate. Second visit isolate. Third visit tested and was negative for CoVid and given a shot for the pounding head. Finally the fourth visit a student figured out I had a sinus infection. The reason my head had been hurting so bad was due to all the sinus pressure. Miraculously when the correct thing was treated I got better. The student (who was great) was supervised by this provider (who is not). My employer requires official medical leave paperwork through Sedgwick so I won’t be penalized for the days I was out. By the time I got antibiotics I could barely speak. Well this provider refused to sign the papers because “you have chronic migraines”. I have NEVER had chronic migraines, the reason my head was hurting so bad was from what turned out to be the sinus infection. Still refused.
