Dr. Aspinall was a God send. She accepted me when other psychologists would not return my calls. I saw Dr. Aspinallas as a patient when I lived in Yonkers NY. I am a veteran and have had some issues reacclimating into civilian life. I was everyone's victim and could not solve my problems. My marriage, career, and energy were all in jeopardy. She listened, explained, and then required that based on the responses that I gave her, my homework was to write out in detail the who, what, when, where, and why and the part that I played in my circumstances. Her ability to refocus my outlook and reset boundaries was my cure. I still have average daily living challenges as we all do, but I use my therapies from Dr. Aspinall and the problems are not overwhelming but manageable.
