Dr. Su gave me an incorrect prescription that left my vision blurry. When I asked if she could re-examine me, she took literally one minute to look at me before giving up and saying I needed to see a specialist. I called Dr. Su's office to ask some questions about the specialist and she never called me back. At that point, I decided to get a second opinion. I paid out of pocket to see another eye doctor, as I already used my vision insurance on Dr. Su. The second doctor was able to easily determine my prescription and I was able to see clearly. No specialist required! Dr. Su took my insurance payment, charged out of pocket for additional fees and never figured out my prescription. She clearly doesn't care about her patients, just cares about money.
