From the moment we arrived, mom & I were treated with respect and kindness. The staff were busy taking care of many patients while the atmosphere seemed more like family & friends, happy to see each other again.Mom was apprehensive about coming for testing. Dr. Dickson made her feel comfortable from the start. I think that having a period of time when the three of us talked seemed to help mom to relax. Dr. Dickson has a way of putting his patients at ease and takes his time with them. On our drive home, mom told me that Dr. Dickson was very easy to talk to & that it seemed like she had known him for awhile. I appreciate the kindness & care Dr. Dickson took with mom while administering these tests. He had the ability to turn what was a very stressful situation into one that ended with laughter. Thank you, Dr. Dickson, for taking the time to explain the test results & for giving us tools to help improve my mom's brain health.
