I loved my appointments with Stacey. She was such a good sounding bored. She helped me through a very difficult time of me trying to work through a failing marriage. And basically no matter what stage I was in was always encouraging me to go to the temple and be prayerful. But aside from that she still was really good at helping me see things more clearly, look at things from a different perspective, and also tell me when I my thoughts were rational or irrationals and if my behaviors were fair. I'd been to at least a dozen therapists over the last decade and none were as helpful as her. It helped that she was the same religion as me and she gave me assignments. Which hasn't always worked for me. But the things she assigned me were so much more beneficial and doable than any I had gotten from anyone else. Seriously amazing!!! I don't know how I would have got through it without her!
