Barely did an examine. Didn’t listen to all of his concerns. Seemed rushed. Did no testing. Gave a wrong diagnosis and prescribed medicine that made him worse. Not sure how she got her license.

At acute care and barely examined, only a stethoscope for my breathing. My after visit report is filled out otherwise. Alot of wrong information entered.
