In the beginning of seeing her I thought maybe I would vibe but where I have social issues a language disability Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Depression I didn’t expect a lot of results. I don’t see anything useful to down a person here. But for me I had a negative experience on my last visit I got very upset with her. I felt me OR my disabilities were disrespected or not viewed as being a real issue she never recognized them. We ACTUALLY got into an argument during the therapy session. I’ve never experienced this before with any therapist or a bad therapist it caused my paranoia to get worse a little later. I have a hard time explaining myself to a stranger much less a therapist. I have a social wall where I can’t open up well at all trust issues as well. She I’m sure is good for SOME but not for me. I didn’t care for her homework techniques she overwhelmed me.
