write this in efforts to help someone avoid what I experienced. I left feeling demeaned and disrespected. Ultimately, while I found him not very good with building rapport and had a better than "Medical Doctors" and "I know best" attitude, Dr. Landford mentioned a couple of things that I could be experiencing. When I went to leave, I forgot what one of those things was. The very nice receptionist went to check. She had me talk w/him direct: I told him I forgot the name he told me I was being irrational (completely demeaning and uncalled for). Up to that point, I was not upset, and at no time did I raise my voice- he was afraid I was going to say he diagnosed w/out full testing and xray, I told him that's not the case, just want to tell husband, he didn't want me to tell my husband- he wouldn't repeat what he had told me initially. I don't recommend this Chiropractor. Shows no respect or care.
