Honestly deserves 0/5 . Dr Helwig terminated treatment with me after 6 months, saying that my needs were beyond what she was able to provide. She then offered to help me find new therapy, but lied to me about the type of recommendations she would provide. The referrals she sent did not line up with what she told me, and then she just abruptly cut communication. Do not recommend, I felt nothing but isolated and abandoned. 1
