I stopped in today in obvious pain. I asked if they took walk-ins because I was hurting. I was told "we are booking 2 weeks out" hmm. No offer to help and a huge lack of concern that I was in pain. Maybe a great doc for health, lacks the ability to help when in immediate need. Staff was friendly enough but failed to offer help when help was needed the most. They had the opportunity to have a patient for life. Sad.
