Steven Bruce, PT

I debated on doing a review, but after months and everything my son went through, switching to another PT, my son's injury has healed properly. My son was misdiagnosed by Bruce and Bruce even questioned the validity of my son's injury. It was not until an MRI proved my son had an injury that people actually believed he was injured. I made a complaint to US Dept of Health and Human Services, but OCR said they would not move forward. I spoke to them and told them there were witnesses/documented statements to the violation. But they still said they would still not go forward. This is the first time I have ever made a complaint against any physical therapist, but I did so only because in our opinion Bruce questioned my son's mental capacity to self evaluate himself and his injury. My son's new Kaiser physical therapist had him on a completely different recovery plan than Bruce did and thankfully my son is now pain free. It was a mistake going to Steven Bruce, he never believed my son.
