Steven Fickner is one of the most compassionate, health care providers on the planet. His bedside manner is over the top with sincerity, reassurance and encouragement. His expertise and patience far exceeds any PA that I have ever met. I feel the same way about Dr Birdsong, who Steven works for. Two gentlemen, practicing their art and craft in the way they know best, while navigating the turbulent political waves where Doctors are being forced to submit to directives from clueless politicians.
