We saw Dr. Steve for a long period of time for couple's therapy. He had a very warm, compassionate and calm presence at each of our sessions. He is skilled at creating connection and building trust with clients, even over telehealth! Together and individually, we were really impressed at how he tailored insights and advice to each person's needs and perspective. He was really good at helping us understand things we never thought about before. He really improved our ability to communicate in our marriage and make lasting improvements. We never felt like he took sides - he always kept the goal in mind of helping us strengthen our connection in our marriage and speak for our feelings, not from our feelings.
